Frequently asked questions

You must cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. No shows and late cancels will be charged.

We must insist that everyone wear grippy socks, both to protect from slipping on the machines and floor and also to keep everyone safe from spreading germs.

For your first class arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can introduce you to the reformer and go over safety basics.
